This lovely loft with wooden floors and stone walls is located on one of the most important streets in Alicante, situated in the Santa Cruz neighborhood.
The building is one of the oldest and most iconic in Alicante. It has been renovated, blending the rustic with the modern.
It's just two minutes from the beach and less than five minutes from the entertainment area.
Its proximity to Santa Barbara Castle and the cathedral is ideal!
It's located in the quietest area, perfect for relaxation.

The space:
You will find a fully equipped loft ready to make your stay unforgettable. It comes with a TV, internet, and all the appliances and tableware necessary for your stay.

Services and common areas:
The beach is less than 300 meters away on foot.
In the neighborhood, there are countless shops where you can do your shopping without any problem.
Access to the neighborhood by car is prohibited because it is a rural area protected by the city council, and they restrict access to it (except for taxis, Cabify/Uber, and commercial vehicles), so if you come by car, you would need to park it in the vicinity (we recommend the Alicante Port Parking).
Nevertheless, our recommendation is to get around on foot since the apartment is in the heart of the city, known for its proximity to the city center, the beach, etc.
If you want to visit more distant areas, using the city's public transportation like buses or trams is a fantastic idea!
