The living-dining area includes split air conditioning, a 49-inch Smart TV, and a spacious open-plan kitchen fully equipped with everything you need for your stay.

The apartment has a full bathroom and ceiling fans in both bedrooms, providing extra comfort throughout the year.

One of the main highlights is the large private terrace of about 40 m² with artificial grass, perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. You will find an outdoor dining table, charcoal barbecue, sun awning, and pleasant LED strip lighting that creates a very special atmosphere at night.
