Casa Noa is a spacious rural villa specially designed for large groups, family gatherings, celebrations, or meetings with friends. It is a comfortable and practical accommodation, ideal for spending time together in a private space with a high capacity, something uncommon in the area.
The property can host up to 14 guests distributed across 4 family-style bedrooms, allowing large groups to stay comfortably.

Bedroom 2: 3 guests — double bed + single bunk bed
Bedroom 3: 3 guests — double bed + single bed (90 cm)
Bedroom 4: 4 guests — double bed + bunk bed

It features air conditioning, heating, satellite TV, and several indoor common areas that make group living easier.
There are 4 living rooms and 3 full bathrooms, one of them with a hydromassage bathtub. Basic toiletries and cleaning supplies are included.

The kitchen is fully equipped for groups, with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, two refrigerators, ice maker, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, and everything needed for cooking during the stay. There is also a barbecue area.

🌴 Pool and outdoor spaces — the main highlight
One of Casa Noa’s most attractive features is its large private outdoor area, designed for group enjoyment:

Events are allowed during daytime hours until 10:00 PM. After that time, gatherings may continue inside the house while respecting neighbors’ rest.

📍 Location and transport
The house is located in a quiet rural area, so having a car is recommended.
However, transport services such as Uber, taxis, or private hire can also be used.
El Altet and Arenales del Sol beaches are about 5.7 km away (around 10 minutes by car), with easy access to Alicante city and the airport.

Please note:
Electricity consumption for air conditioning is included up to a standard kWh allowance. Once this limit is reached, additional usage must be paid using coins for the extra consumption.
